  At some point in your career, you’ll encounter Kubernetes. This is a primer on Kubernetes for people with data science or ML research backgrounds. I started my career as a software engineer, pivoted to ML engineering, and am now hooked on MLOps. One thing I’ve always admired about DS and ML colleagues is the willingness to pick up engineering tasks to get the job done. Based on that, I thought there might be an appetite for a Kubernetes primer for people with an ML background, one that’s practical but runs through enough of the theoretical groundwork to build the right intuition.
